Bühler India Introduces New SmartLine Solutions for India's Growing Biscuit Market

Bühler India has unveiled two innovative solutions to address the expanding biscuit market needs in the region. The DirectBake Smart oven and RotaMold Smart rotary molder are the latest additions to their SmartLine series, designed specifically for local manufacturers.

The DirectBake Smart features recipe-controlled technology for consistent baking across various product types, while the RotaMold Smart ensures precise shaping for diverse biscuit designs. Both solutions represent Bühler's commitment to the "Make in India" initiative, being locally designed and manufactured.

"With India being the third-largest biscuit producer globally and experiencing 5-6% CAGR, we're meeting market demands with affordable, high-quality technology," notes Ajith Dharan, Head of Consumer Foods Business at Bühler India.
